Nataliia (or Natalka, informal) is a second-year Master’s student in Computer Science at ETH Zürich. After doing her fair share of mathematical olympiads in Kyiv, Ukraine, she switched to Data Science and AI for her Bachelor’s at Leiden University in the Netherlands. In her research, she likes combining direct applications of NLP models with their theoretical foundations. Her main hobby is doing out-of-the-ordinary stuff like going on an illegal hike, obtaining a diving certificate, or memorizing the entire 1971 Ukrainian movie “Chervona Ruta”.
