Aayush is a fourth-year PhD student at the Computational Cancer Genomics Lab of ETH Zurich. He received his B.Tech and M.Tech in computer science/data science from the International Institute of Information Technology, Bangalore. He is interested in biomedical applications of deep learning specifically looking at DNA from the lens of NLP. You can find him on a football field or at Kondi during his free time.
